Final Orders: Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations are allowed, including changes to items or shipping addresses.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All Sales Final: All products and hair extensions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Adjustments: If adjustments are needed, contact us within 7 days. Refunds are not offered except in cases of defect or error on our behalf.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing is the initial stage of the order fulfillment process, encompassing activities such as payment verification, essential for managing and fulfilling orders efficiently.

No International Shipping: We do not ship outside the U.S.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once your package is with UPS, they are responsible for its safe delivery. If a package is lost or stolen during transit, this is beyond our control. For assistance, please contact UPS directly, as they can investigate and resolve these issues.

To reduce the risk of loss, we recommend using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This allows you to monitor your package's progress. You may also consider opting for shipping insurance for added protection.

We understand the frustration caused by lost or stolen packages and will support you during the resolution process, but please remember that UPS handles investigations and resolutions.
